Roles & Responsibility

• 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in the Endo Surgery industry, specifically in the areas of business development and sales.
• Independent and possesses the ability to develop connections with customers to foster strong business relationships.
• Responsible for being a solutions provider through establishing trust with customers and ongoing relationships in a consultative atmosphere.
• Able to have a pulse on the medical device and complex Endo Surgery market to assess, negotiate and close high-level executive deals.
• Self-motivated and thrives in a fast growing Endo Surgery market, with the ability to grow business by selling strategic partnerships across the entire product range.
• Develop and lead all sales, growth strategies and activities for a specific geographic territory.
• Generate new revenue opportunities within a given strategic market, while managing existing accounts to meet and exceed annual sales, marketing plans and objectives.

• Accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers, and expansion of the product line within the existing customer base.
• Schedule appointments for a medium territory/client base (doctors) and meet with new and existing customers, seeking to expand business market share.
• Deliver presentations to clients to generate interest in the surgical products.
• Maintain regular and frequent contacts with Channel Partners.
• Conduct product promotion activities.
• Manage related administrative work (claims and expense reporting etc.)
• Negotiate, close orders and prepare quotes.

Roles & Responsibility

• Develop a detailed operational plan for the year with the target list of corporates, calendarize activities and objective achievement.
• Revise action plans based on market understanding.
• Identify potential opportunities with existing customers and potential clients, map decision-makers at the client, interact with corporate representatives to understand specific needs, assess and prepare the sales pitch to develop potential customers, communicate a convincing value proposition, affect a sale and execute the transaction to enhance market share and revenue through the corporate channel.
• Manage corporate programmes such as awareness sessions, marketing initiatives etc. in coordination with field force, marketing team and external doctors to drive implementation of marketing strategies.

Roles & Responsibility
